Medical Insurance
We offer two triple option medical plans: a Premier Plan and a Standard Plan. Both plans include prescription drug coverage and vision coverage. Prescription and vision coverage are bundled with the health insurance and therefore cannot be elected independently from the medical insurance. In addition, Mercy offers a $0 copay prescription program for brand name prescriptions through CRX International, which is voluntary.
Flexible Spending Account: Mercy offers both Health Care and Dependent Care Accounts. These plans provide a method to pay for certain eligible health care expenses and for qualified dependent childcare expenses on a pre-tax basis. Funds may be directed into either or both accounts by authorizing money to be deducted from your paycheck.
Dental Insurance
Mercy has a PPO Dental plan, which covers diagnostic and preventive services, general services, major services and orthodontics (up to age 19).

Mercy offers a 403(b) Retirement Plan. Employees may be eligible for the employer match the first full quarter after one year of service. In order to be eligible for the employer match, employees must be benefits-eligible, a 0.4 FTE or greater and must have worked a minimum of 250 hours in the quarter. We also have a 403(b) Catch-Up plan and 457(b) Deferred Compensation plan.

Individuals can enroll in any accredited school & take job related / hospital related courses. There is a two-year commitment following completion of studies that is required after enrollment in the program.
Please note: Grant funded employees are not eligible to participate in this program.

Our Mission, Vision, and Values are the cornerstone of all we do
Catherine McAuley had a dream, and she was confident that God’s merciful work would endure through each of us. Our doctors, nurses and staff and the service they provide our patients are the most important elements in living out our mission. Each day, we are reminded of the values instilled in us by the Sisters of Mercy and their vision; we continue to put these gifts to work and bring them to life in all that we do.
